- a handful of walnuts
- ¼ tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and flesh. In a separate bowl, grind the flesh with a blender. Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Chop the walnuts and add them to the avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Avocado and Cottage Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 7 oz (200 g) cottage cheese
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- ½ lemon
- salt to taste
- olives to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and flesh. In a separate bowl, grind the flesh with a blender. Grate the eggs on a fine grater and add them along with the cottage cheese to the avocado.
- Stir the mixture and add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Chop the pickles, onion, garlic, and olives finely. Add to the dip and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
