Baked Chicken in a Jar

We’ve already shared with you recipes for baked chicken. But have you tried baking chicken in a canning jar? The method has many advantages and the dish turns out incredibly tasty.

The first advantage is that you don’t need to add any oil or water. The chicken is cooked in its own juices, which means that the dish will turn out much healthier. The second advantage is the simplicity of the cooking process, just throw everything in a jar and pop in the oven.

Baked Chicken in a Jar

To prevent the jar from exploding, make sure there are no cracks or chips on it. If there is a label, it must be removed. Do not seal the jar or fill it with the ingredients to the top, leave some room for the juices.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
