You can cook hundreds, if not thousands of dishes from chicken. And they will all be completely different. Today we’d like to offer you a recipe that won us over — baked chicken with apples.

Fragrant apples, juicy chicken fillet with an appetizing tomato and garlic sauce — arguably the best flavor combination for dinner. This recipe is perfect to treat your family to.

Rinse the chicken fillet and pat it dry. Cut into medium sized pieces.

Core the apples and cut them the same way.

Chop the onion and fry it along with the chicken fillet for about 7 minutes over medium heat, then add the apples and fry for another 3 minutes.

Grate the tomato and mix it with the minced garlic, pepper, salt, spices and milk.

Put the chicken with apples in a deep baking dish, pour over the garlic-tomato sauce and place the dish in the oven preheated to 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 minutes.

Chicken cooked this way is a great idea even for a festive dinner. Be sure to try it and tell us in the comment section!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
