Coconut Cookies
Coconut is very nutritious and has a delicate and pleasant aroma.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup flour (100 g)
- ½ cup sugar (100 g)
- 2 cups shredded coconut (200 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with sugar.
- Add shredded coconut, mix.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, mix again.
- Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter (100 g)
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 2 eggs

Preparation:
