Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup flour (100 g)
  • ½ cup sugar (100 g)
  • 2 cups shredded coconut (200 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar.

  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, mix again.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter (100 g)

In addition to a short cooking time, cookies will win you over with a minimum of ingredients. You need very little to be happy, and sometimes it is “spoiling” yourself and your loved ones with such a treat. NB: If some types of cookies contain fruits, you can replace them with others of your choice.
