The fact is that roasted onions with cheese and herbs lose their spiciness and pungent smell, the dish becomes sweet and surprisingly fragrant, but remains crispy and juicy. Roasted Onions With Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 3 onions
  • 1 cup (100 g) hard cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp herbs de provence
  • salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel onions, wash them and cut into thick rings, about ¼ inch (5–7 mm) wide.roasted onions
