3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Recipes

What’s great about slow cooker recipes is that the cooking process is fully automated. So you can have some time for yourself while the slow cooker is doing all the hard work. And after a few hours you will get a no-fuss tasty and rich dish. Is it possible to make it even easier? Of course, today we’ve picked for you 3-ingredient slow cooker recipes.

Here are some of our favorite meal ideas. They will come in handy if you can’t spend a lot of time on cooking today and don’t have a wide variety of foods to cook from.

Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 30 frozen meatballs
  • ½ cup (120 ml) teriyaki sauce
  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) pineapple juice

Preparation:

  1. Pour all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  3. Stir and serve.

Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients:

  • 40 oz (1130 g) apple pie filling
  • 1 box (430 g) spice cake mix
  • 8 oz (230 g) butter

Preparation:

  1. Pour the apple pie filling on the bottom of your slow cooker. Smooth out with a spatula. Pour the cake mix on top of it and place the butter in the center.
  2. Bake on high for about 2 hours.
  3. Carefully scoop out a generous amount of cake and serve in a mug with some ice cream.

Pulled Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb (900 g) chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) hot sauce

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients in your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
  3. Pull using 2 forks.
  4. Fill a burger with it and serve.

Easy Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (460 g) biscuit dough
  • 1 lb (450 g) browned sausage
  • 2 cans (600 ml) cream of mushroom soup

Preparation:

  1. Alternate the layers of 1 can of the dough, ½ lb (225 g) of browned sausage, 1 can of soup, another can of the dough, and finish with ½ lb (225 g) of sausage.
  2. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  3. Scoop out a generous amount and serve on a plate.

Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb (1 ⅓ kg) chuck roast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cans (600 ml) cream of mushroom soup

Preparation:

  1. Place the chuck roast on the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle with the soup mix. Add cream of mushroom soup on top.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  3. Pull a little using a fork and cooking tongs.
  4. Serve with roasted veggies.
