Here’s What Drinking 3 Liters of Water a Day Does

At the age of 42, a woman named Sarah Smith decided to conduct a bold experiment. We are not advising you to drink 3 liters of water a day because everyone has their norm, depending on their age, living situation, weight, and activity level. The key is to drink often yet little by little, and it is best to consume most water in the morning.
