- a few sprigs of cilantro
- salt, ground black pepper, spices to taste
- ¼ hot pepper
- vegetable oil to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the beet into thin rings, sauté in a skillet with oil, and season with salt.
- Combine cottage cheese, hot pepper, cilantro, and spices in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the mass onto the beet slices and form little rolls. Ta-dah!
Rice Salad With Beets and Tuna
Ingredients:
- 5 ¼ oz (150 g) rice
- 1 beet
- 2 red onions
- 1 can of tuna in its own juice
- balsamic vinegar to taste
- olive oil to taste
- salt, ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook rice and boil beet in separate pots and let cool.
- Peel the beet and cut it into cubes. Do the same with red onions.
- Mash tuna with a fork and combine it with the boiled rice, beet and onion cubes, and the rest of the ingredients.
