Steps

1 Done	Prepare the Apple Hand Pies Lightly roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut out 4 circles with a 5-inch cookie cutter.

3 Done	Heat oil and fry the apple hand pies until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Alternately, you can bake them in the oven at 375 °F for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
4 Done	Prepare the Glaze Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until homogenous. Brush the apple hand pies with the mixture as they're cooling. Serve warm.
