We have often shared with you recipes for hearty cutlets. And who would have thought that there was still so much unknown! Today we would like to share with you this hearty beef donut recipe.

Thanks to the breadcrumbs, the meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Another advantage is that you don’t need any additional oil! After all, these donut cutlets are oven-baked.

Steps

1
Done

Chop the onion finely and mix with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper and knead the minced meat with your hands. Add corn and thoroughly mix.

2
Done

Shape the meat into cutlets, then make some holes in them, like in donuts.

3
Done

Pour flour and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Dip the donuts in flour, then eggs and bread crumbs.

4
Done

Place the cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).

This meat is perfect for any side dish or just a salad. Enjoy your meal!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
