Today we’re going to share with you a recipe for sticky Asian chicken wings. Even though this recipe uses skinned chicken wings, they turn out really crispy and irresistible.

Just toss them in the flavorful honey glaze and you’ll get a perfect Asian-inspired main course.

Steps

1
Done

Skin the chicken wings. Toss the wings in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Place a rack in a preheated broiler 6 inches from heat. Place the chicken in the broiler and cook for 13 minutes. Turn the wings over and cook for 3 minutes.

2
Done

While the chicken is in the broiler, combine the rest of the ingredients except cilantro and peanuts. Bring the mixture to a boil in a small skillet. Cook and stir frequently until reduced to about ⅔ cup.

3
Done

Use 3 tablespoons of the honey sauce to brush the chicken wings. Then broil them for 2 more minutes. Finally, place the wings in a large bowl and toss in the rest of the sauce to coat. Serve sprinkled with cilantro and peanuts.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
