Blueberry lemon monkey bread is a delicious pull-apart loaf with a heavy dose of fresh blueberries and zesty, bright lemon. Soft, sweet, and sticky, this ooey-gooey pastry is a superb breakfast choice and a fabulous treat for your taste buds.

Homemade blueberry lemon monkey bread combines several little balls of dough coated in melted butter, lemon zest, blueberries, and sugar. It’s basically a giant loaf pan of gooey blueberry muffins! Top this fun breakfast or dessert treat with powdered sugar and lemon juice icing and serve pull-apart style. Beware, though: it’s so mouthwateringly appetizing that it is likely you will eat waaaay too much.

Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Transfer the dough to the pan and let rise, about 40 minutes.
