Done

Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.

2

Brown sage ground sausage and hot ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up pieces until cooked through and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

4
Done

Cook frozen shredded hash browns in a large frying pan until they are crispy, following the package instructions. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.

5
Done

Combine sausage, hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar in a bowl. Transfer into the prepared baking dish.

6
Done

In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and whisk them together with milk and remaining salt and pepper; pour over the sausage blend. Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of shredded Cheddar.

7

I am an English major with a love of languages and fiction, and with an incurable travel bug. In my free time, I read fantasy, drink copious amounts of coffee, and like to go see movies. Culinary art means everything to me. My main hypostasis is the taster, though. The music school has taught me to appreciate the symphony of airy meringues, to create harmonious overtures of light snacks, hard rock of meat, fish, and vegetables on the grill. Choir classes have accustomed me to hear and feel the people nearby and create perfect harmonies of sounds.
