Banana pancakes are an excellent option for a hearty breakfast. They are prepared quickly, and they taste utterly magnificent. Pancakes will cheer you up and give you a boost of energy for the whole day.

Soft and sweet-smelling pancakes differ from ordinary griddle cakes in that they are fried on a dry pan, so they turn out less greasy, and whipped eggs make the pancakes superb.

Peel bananas and mash them with a fork. Combine with eggs.

Add peanut butter, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well.

Pour a ladle of batter onto a preheated dry pan and fry pancakes on both sides.

Serve the banana pancakes warm with honey or jam; they will be equally delicious with sour cream or condensed milk.
