Condensed Milk – 14 oz (400 g) Sweetened
Shortening – ½ cup (120 ml)
Brown Sugar – ⅔ cup (145 g)
Eggs – 2 Large
Wheat Flour – 1 ¾ cup (220 g)
Cocoa Powder – ¾ cup (65 g)
Baking Powder – 2 tsp
Baking Soda – 2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp

Water – ¼ cup (60 ml) Hot
Chocolate Chips – 6 oz (170 g) Semi-sweet
Cherry Pie Filling – 1 ⅓ lb (600 g)

If you’re a fan of the combination of cherries and chocolate in desserts, you’re going to love this recipe! Today we’re offering you a simple but still very tasty version of the black forest cake.

This bundt cake is super easy to make. Just combine all the ingredients and pour them into your pan. The treat takes only half an hour to bake.

Coat a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray. To a medium bowl add the condensed milk, shortening, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat the ingredients with a mixer. To a small bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the ingredients and stir them into the liquid mixture.

Gradually add vanilla, water and stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C). Test the readiness with a toothpick. Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes and remove it from the pan. Let it cool for another half an hour. Decorate with the cherry filling.

The dessert perfectly combines chocolate and cherries and is so easy to make. This bundt cake is definitely a must-try!
