Cook It has yet another brilliant breakfast idea for you — cabbage pizza. A simple dish made from healthy ingredients — does it get any better? The result is excellent.

Juicy cabbage, sweet onions, eggs, sausages — if these seem boring, feel free to add carrots, mushrooms, chicken breast, spinach, or spices. We will share with you the easiest option, so you can build on it and come up with your own unique ideas.



Chop the onion into thin half-rings, put them in a bowl. Shred cabbage and combine it with the onion. Mix 3 eggs with soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into the bowl with vegetables.


Add flour, baking powder, mix. Put the mass in a greased frying pan and gently pack down with a spoon. Cook under the lid over medium heat.


Gently whip the remaining egg with a fork and pour it over the set cake. Place finely chopped sausages on top and sprinkle with sesame.


Cook for 3 minutes under the lid; then, using two spatulas, gently turn the cake over and brown the other side as well.

Tip. You can cook cabbage pizza in the oven: in a detachable baking dish or on a baking sheet. Bon appétit!
