Have you been looking for something to surprise your guests with? Then, this recipe will definitely appeal to you. Ginger mousse cream with berries is a godsend for creative hosts who are ready to go for any experiments. And, believe us, after trying such a delicacy no one will remain indifferent.

The highlight of our dessert is in an interesting combination of foods: milk, delicate cream and spicy ginger. It is the last ingredient that makes a unique dish out of an ordinary mousse cream. Adjust the richness of the ginger flavor based on your preference. We recommend putting 1 tablespoon of grated ginger in the mousse cream with berries.

Steps

1
Done

Mix milk with cream in a saucepan and put it on the heat. Lightly heat the mixture.

2
Done

Beat the eggs with powdered sugar. Add grated ginger and the milk mixture. Thoroughly mix.

3
Done

Pour the cream into ramekins. Place them in a deep baking dish, pouring it with boiling water so that the water covers the ramekins halfway.

4
Done

Bake the dessert for 40 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C). Cool the dessert, then use a sharp knife to run around the edges of ramekins and flip the dessert over to a serving dish.

5
Done

Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate and berries.

If you want, you can serve the ginger mousse directly in the molds , also decorating the dessert with berries and chocolate. The main thing is that the cream is cooled. Bon Appetit!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
