From croque madame to bruschetta, there are so many delicious sandwiches everyone should try. And if you’ve already tried all the classics, today we’d like to offer you these pan-fried stuffed sandwiches to spice up your weekday breakfast.

They are super easy to make and have a juicy hearty filling to provide you with energy in the morning. The best thing about this recipe is that the sandwiches turn out delicious even when made from stale bread!

Steps

1
Done

Combine the eggs, milk and all the spices in a large bowl. Beat with a whisk. Add the parsley and mix.

2
Done

Take a loaf of bread and cut it across into seven thick slices. Make an incision in each slice. Stuff it with slices of salami and mozzarella.

3
Done

Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture and fry in an oiled skillet on both sides until golden-brown.

These hearty sandwiches will leave nobody indifferent! Serve the snack while still hot. Bon appetit!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
