Did you know that you could make the creamiest sauce without any cream? If no, then be sure to try this scrumptious chicken and potato gnocchi skillet.

The dinner takes only half an hour to make and is so good that you’ll want to eat it straight from the pan!

Mince the shallot and coarsely chop the spinach. Pound the chicken breasts until they are ½-inch thick. Pat them dry and season with ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear each chicken breast for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Place the chicken on a plate.

Saute the shallot in the skillet for 1 minute. Add in the milk, gnocchi, the rest of the salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, cook for about 2 minutes. The milk should slightly reduce.

Add the spinach and stir. Place the chicken on top. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
