A beautiful, tasty and hearty Eggs Benedict breakfast with mouth-watering Hollandaise sauce is a really good start for a day.

We offer you to cook eggs using the sous-vide technique. However, if you prefer the traditional way, you can break an egg into boiling water. In both cases, Eggs Benedict are incredibly tasty and tender.

Steps

1
Done

To prepare the sauce, mix egg yolks, melted butter, water, lemon juice and salt in a jar.

2
Done

Screw the lid on the jar, place it along with eggs in a pan with water at a 143 °F (62 °C) and sous-vide the sauce for 25 minutes, maintaining the same temperature. After that, take out the jar, shake the contents and cook for another 25 minutes the same way.

3
Done

Cut the buns in half, lay them on a baking sheet with the sliced ham. Bake for 8 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).

4
Done

Place ham and peeled eggs on the bun to form your breakfast.

5
Done

Strain the prepared sauce and pour it on your Eggs Benedict.

Eggs Benedict are distinguished by a cooking technique, due to which the food is tender, which cannot be achieved by the classical method of cooking eggs in shells.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!

Hi, Neat post. There is a problem together with your website in web explorer, could test this?K IE still is the market leader and a large portion of people will pass over your great writing because of this problem.

My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
