Spinach fried with butter, flour, chicken broth, and Parmesan is just amazing. Such a dish will give you strength and energy for the whole day!



Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion sliced ​​in half rings, salt, and fry until golden brown. Now add crushed garlic, hot pepper flakes, nutmeg, stir and cook a little more.


Then add the flour, mix and cook until the liquid evaporates. Pour in the broth, cream, grated Parmesan, salt and fry a little, until the thick consistency.


Add chopped spinach and lemon juice, stir and pour the mixture into a bowl.


Beat the eggs, add pepper, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the dish for 7 minutes.
