Italian cuisine is among the most popular ones in the world. Hardly a person refuses a slice of pizza with aromatic herbs and delicious tomato sauce! Cooking this meal is a special kind of science. Yet the most inventive of cooks are able to tinker with the famous recipes. For example, you can take the ingredients of a pizza and downsize it! Besides, you can use already cooked puff pastry or a large tortilla and a cupcake pan to make the cooking quick and simple. Let’s try this muffin pan tortilla pizzas recipe.

Simple ingredients that don’t need too much preparation and already cooked pizza crust! Such an easy-to-make snack!

Preheat an oven to about 400 °F (210 °C).

Make a pizza sauce: mix tomato sauce, shredded hard cheese (parmesan fits here the best), black pepper, salt, paprika and oregano.

Slightly grease a cupcake pan with butter.

Cut out slices of tortilla to fit in the indentations. You can use an empty jar for this.

Put your dough in the cupcake pan.

Pour 1 tablespoon of sauce in each indentation.

Sprinkle with mozzarella.

Cut hunter’s sausages (or bacon) and put on top. Then add chopped friggitelli peppers.

Place mini pizzas in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.

Serve this mouth-watering snack hot. Mini pizzas are so delicious you’ll eat them in one bite!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!

I’m not that much of a internet reader to be honest but your
blogs really nice, keep it up! I’ll go ahead and bookmark your site
to come back in the future. Cheers

Great post. I was checking constantly this blog and I’m impressed!

Very useful info particularly the last part 🙂 I care for such info much.
I was seeking this certain info for a long
time. Thank you and good luck.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I
find this matter to be actually something which I think I would never
understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the
book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few
pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that,
this is great blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.

You are so cool! I do not suppose I have read through a single thing like this before.

So nice to discover somebody with a few unique thoughts on this
subject. Really.. many thanks for starting this up. This site
is one thing that’s needed on the internet, someone with some originality!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but
I had to tell someone!
