Wash the potatoes and cut them into ⅛-inch thick slices. Place the slices in a large zipper bag. Add all the spices, close the bag, and shake to coat the potatoes.


Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the potatoes on it evenly. Drizzle with oil.


Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about 40 minutes. Remember to turn them frequently.
