If you love banana bread for its light, natural sweetness, you should definitely try the recipe we prepared for you today. This moist and delicious pumpkin bread is super quick to make. It is a perfect breakfast option.

Slice this warm loaf. Spread some nut butter or cream cheese on it and serve to the table with hot tea or coffee. It’s amazingly delicious!

Steps

1
Done

In a large bowl, whisk together the wheat flour, salt, ground cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, baking powder, allspice, ground cloves, and nutmeg.

2
Done

In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, brown sugar, and white sugar.

3
Done

Fold the dry mixture into the pumpkin mixture (half of it at a time). When it is combined, fold in the pine nuts.

4
Done

Pour the batter into a 9-inch (23 cm) loaf pan coated with butter. Bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for an hour or until cooked through. Let the bread cool for several minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack.

This simple bread turns out mildly sweet but still very delicious. Be sure to give the recipe a try and tell us what you think!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
