Looking for an unusual air-fried snack idea? These air fryer dill pickles are the perfect combination of juiciness and crunch!

The snack takes hardly any time to make but is so addictive! Prepare these amazing pickle fries in less than half an hour.

Drain the pickles. Cut into thin spears. Pat them dry with paper towels. They should be very dry.

Take a shallow dish and combine the flour and pepper in it. Whisk the egg and buttermilk in a separate dish. Combine the ranch dressing mix and panko in the third dish.

First, dredge the pickles in the flour mixture. Shake them to get rid of excess flour. Then dip them in the egg mixture and gently dredge in the panko mixture.

Lightly coat an air fryer basket in cooking spray. Place the first batch of pickles in a single layer in it. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C). They should become golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the pickles.

Serve these pickle fries sprinkled with chopped chives. Bon appetit!
