If you like baked goods that are easy to make, you will definitely love this version of Amish cinnamon bread that doesn’t require kneading.

The recipe consists of a few simple ingredients, but the result is super delicious. Be sure to try!



Prepare the batter

To a bowl, add the softened butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat together. Add in the milk, flour, vinegar, and baking soda.


Take a loaf pan. Grease it with butter and spoon half of the batter inside.


Prepare the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Sprinkle ¾ of the mixture on top of the batter. Add the rest of the batter and then the sugar mixture. Make swirls using a knife.


Bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 50 minutes. Check the bread using a toothpick. Let it cool for 20 minutes. Remove from the pan.

Serve slices of this Amish cinnamon bread with hot tea. Bon appetit!
