Tender and flavorful meat with rich sauce and fresh pasta. Sounds delicious? Then today we are going to tell you how to make these creamy beef tips with egg noodles. We guarantee that this meal will become a regular at your house!

Don’t have much time to cook? Just throw all the ingredients, except the noodles, in a slow cooker and let it do the work. Cook it for 4 hours on high. Feel free to add some fresh mushrooms for extra flavor, or skip the wine part to make the meal kid-friendly.

Steps

1
Done

Take a large skillet. Heat it over medium-high heat. Chop the onions and saute the beef tips with them for 5 minutes.

2
Done

In a bowl, pour all the liquid ingredients, add onion soup mix and stir. Pour the mixture into the skillet with beef. Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to low, and cover with a lid. Cook until tender, for about 2 hours.

3
Done

Then reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Cook for another 4 hours for the meat to pull apart.

4
Done

Pour water in a large pot. Bring it to a boil. Slightly salt the water. Cook your egg noodles in it occasionally stirring. Cook until al dente. Then drain the liquid.

Serve these tender beef tips with creamy sauce over the freshly cooked egg noodles. Bon appetit!

Lisa

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
