Coat a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray. To a medium bowl add the condensed milk, shortening, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat the ingredients with a mixer. To a small bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the ingredients and stir them into the liquid mixture. |

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C). Test the readiness with a toothpick. Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes and remove it from the pan. Let it cool for another half an hour. Decorate with the cherry filling. |
