Who would have thought that an ordinary vegetable could serve as an excellent base for a hearty pizza? Furthermore, you can prepare cauliflower dough super quickly. The recipe calls for mixing it with egg and grated mozzarella and seasoning it with spices. This is not the full list of key ingredients, though. Cut cauliflower into florets and crush them in a blender. Pop into a microwave for 5 minutes to make it softer. |

Squeeze cauliflower through cheesecloth to get rid of excess fluid. Combine cauliflower with egg, half of the grated mozzarella, herbes de Provence, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until homogenous. |
