Did you know that garlic powder retains all the health benefits of garlic? Moreover, it has a more delicate taste and does not leave a smell. That’s why we chose it for cooking chicken thighs with creamy mushroom garlic sauce.
First, we fry the chicken in spices to get a golden crust. That will give it a vibrant flavor! And only after that we cook the dish through in a creamy mushroom sauce with parmesan. Yummy!

Prepare the thighs: remove skin and bones. |

Combine the garlic and onion powders, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the mixture and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Put in a baking dish. |

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it. Add salt and pepper to taste, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, a little more thyme, rosemary and parsley. Pour the mushrooms with cream, add the grated Parmesan and simmer for a few more minutes. |

Chicken thighs are the juiciest part of the chicken and, at the same time, they have the most fat in them. If you are on a diet, cream is best replaced with yogurt. Instead of thighs, you can take chicken fillet, but keep in mind that then the dish will not be so juicy and tender. And the last tip: thyme is a must! It gives the mushroom sauce a spicy note that we like so much in this dish.
