If you want to prepare the easiest possible meal, the ingredients for which are probably already in your pantry, then this recipe for garlic potatoes is exactly the thing you need. Besides, your family and friends will appreciate this fragrant and appetizing dish.

Due to the combination of garlic and rosemary, potatoes acquire a pleasant piquant taste, and a light crispy crust makes them delightfully yummy.



Thoroughly wash unpeeled potatoes and scrape them with a fork.


Heat olive oil in a pan. Crush the unpeeled garlic cloves and place them in the pan together with rosemary.


Distribute the potatoes in the pan, add salt, cover the pan with a lid, and cook, tossing periodically, over medium heat until golden on all sides.

Pierce one of the vegetables with a toothpick to check if they are cooked. Do not skip scraping the tubers — it is due to this that they become so saturated with the flavor of garlic and rosemary.

Heya just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading
properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show
the same outcome.
