It is stretchy and juicy as if made especially for picky eaters. While my family is waking up, I go to the kitchen to cut the loaf.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Pour in the milk and whisk everything. Cut the loaf into slices. They should fit in a pan. |

Pour the remaining egg mixture on top. Cover with a lid. Cook over low heat until golden brown. Then flip it over, brush with ketchup. |

In general, the pizza takes no more than 15 minutes to cook. I always have the ingredients for this dish in my refrigerator. And if I want to surprise my family, I add something unusual: prosciutto or olives. It always turns out amazing!
