Mix milk with cream in a saucepan and put it on the heat. Lightly heat the mixture. |

Pour the cream into ramekins. Place them in a deep baking dish, pouring it with boiling water so that the water covers the ramekins halfway. |

Bake the dessert for 40 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C). Cool the dessert, then use a sharp knife to run around the edges of ramekins and flip the dessert over to a serving dish. |
