Recipe
First of all, Indian cuisine is famous for a large number of various bread products. Combine flour, salt, sugar and semolina. Add warm water and knead the dough. Cover it and set aside for 20 minutes. |

Heat the butter mixture in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. |
You can cook Indian parotta at any time of the day and for any occasion. In the morning, they are perfect for breakfast if you grease them with butter or dip in jam. During the day, the pancakes easily replace regular bread. And in the evening you can eat them with tea.
