It doesn’t matter whether you’re an avid meat-eater, a strict vegetarian or you just practice fasting. This fresh and light lemon rice soup will appeal to everyone!
Rice soup with vegetables is a burst of perfectly combined flavors. Lemon juice makes this dish even more special. It should be added at the very end of cooking process. You can implement this truly vegan treat to any diet, making it healthier and more varied.

Peel the onions, garlic, and carrots. Finely chop them and the celery. Pour olive oil into a large pot, add vegetables, mix. |
