Omelet with sour cream is a hearty and healthy breakfast option. The cooking method is the key element of preparing this dish. It is not quite an ordinary omelet — it is steamed in a jar. Thus we get a surprisingly airy and delicate texture.

You can add herbs, spices, or cheese to the omelet. Sour cream gives the dish a unique taste due to the milk’s sourness. Although it takes longer to prepare, it requires less attention.
