Recipe
As a result of numerous cooking experiments, we’ve got such unusual recipes as ricotta and beetroot pancakes. They are, of course, very delicious. But if you prefer a more classic version of the dessert, we have these amazing oat flour pancakes.
Such pancakes with bananas are a good option for a hearty breakfast, which no family member can refuse. You can also treat sudden guests with such a dish, since the dessert is prepared quite quickly.

Grind oats in a blender until it's flour. Pour the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix. |

In a blender, beat the milk with the egg and 1 banana chopped into pieces. Add the oat flour to the mixture. Beat until smooth. |

Grind the chocolate to make chocolate flakes (you can also grate it). Cut the second banana into circles. Heat the pan. Using a ladle, pour the batter in the pan. |

Sprinkle some chocolate on top. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the pancake, you can flip it over. |
Lay out oat pancakes in a stack, alternating them with slices of banana. Before serving, decorate the dessert with banana slices and chocolate flakes, which, if desired, can be replaced with chocolate chips. Bon Appetit!
