As a result of numerous cooking experiments, we’ve got such unusual recipes as ricotta and beetroot pancakes. They are, of course, very delicious. But if you prefer a more classic version of the dessert, we have these amazing oat flour pancakes.

Such pancakes with bananas are a good option for a hearty breakfast, which no family member can refuse. You can also treat sudden guests with such a dish, since the dessert is prepared quite quickly.

Grind oats in a blender until it's flour. Pour the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix.

In a blender, beat the milk with the egg and 1 banana chopped into pieces. Add the oat flour to the mixture. Beat until smooth.

Grind the chocolate to make chocolate flakes (you can also grate it). Cut the second banana into circles. Heat the pan. Using a ladle, pour the batter in the pan.

Sprinkle some chocolate on top. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the pancake, you can flip it over.

Lay out oat pancakes in a stack, alternating them with slices of banana. Before serving, decorate the dessert with banana slices and chocolate flakes, which, if desired, can be replaced with chocolate chips. Bon Appetit!

But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
