Brownie is a classic American dessert with a delicate texture and rich chocolate flavor. This recipe is extremely popular all over the world. These amazing cottage cheese cherry brownies will blow away any of those with a sweet tooth. A win-win trio!

Like nutty baked goods? Add a handful of ground walnuts or hazelnuts to the batter. We used frozen cherries, and previously thawed them in a colander. You can replace this ingredient with cherries canned in natural juice, if you like.

Steps

1
Done

Break a chocolate bar with high cocoa content into pieces and melt it with butter in a double boiler or microwave on medium power.

2
Done

Take another bowl, beat with a mixer 3 eggs and ¼ cup of sugar (50 g) in it. Add salt and vanilla sugar.

3
Done

Make the cream: mix cottage cheese with the rest of sugar and 2 eggs. Beat up with a blender until the mixture is smooth. To make it easier, rub cottage cheese through a sieve beforehand.

4
Done

Take beaten eggs. Add cooled melted chocolate to them. Then pour baking powder and sifted flour. Mix.

5
Done

Take a baking dish with high sides. Grease it with butter, pour ⅓ of the batter. Smooth the chocolate mixture with a spoon or spatula. Put half of the prepared cottage cheese on top.

6
Done

Distribute half the cherries evenly over the cottage cheese layer. Pour the batter again, lay the cottage cheese on it, then cherries and the batter again.

7
Done

Preheat an oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Cook the dessert for 40–50 minutes. Cool and remove from the baking dish.

Serve the brownies with aromatic coffee or herbal tea. But keep in mind that you’re at risk here: your family could finish this divine chocolate treat, while you are putting the kettle on the stove!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!

Have you ever heard of second life (sl for short). It is essentially a online game where you can do anything you want. sl is literally my second life (pun intended lol). If you would like to see more you can see these second life authors and blogs

I do love the manner in which you have framed this specific challenge plus it does provide us some fodder for consideration. Nevertheless, coming from what precisely I have personally seen, I simply just hope when the comments pile on that people stay on issue and don’t start on a soap box involving some other news du jour. Yet, thank you for this superb point and while I can not concur with this in totality, I regard your perspective.
