Recipe
Alaska pollock has many benefits. It is a dietary fish and a budget-friendly source of unsaturated fatty acids. It is also rich in protein — only 3 ½ oz (100 g) of fillet contains more than a quarter of the recommended daily intake.
We have a great recipe to expand your fish menu. This juicy and tender pollock cooked in sour cream will definitely surprise you. Personally, I think sour cream works perfect with this fish!
