Alaska pollock has many benefits. It is a dietary fish and a budget-friendly source of unsaturated fatty acids. It is also rich in protein — only 3 ½ oz (100 g) of fillet contains more than a quarter of the recommended daily intake.

Wash the fish thoroughly. Clean it as usual. Cut into medium-sized pieces, sprinkle with the fish seasoning and set aside.


Mix the sour cream with minced garlic, chopped dill, salt and pepper.


Peel the carrots. Grate them coarsely and fry adding 1 tbsp oil. Dredge the pollock in flour, fry on both sides in the remaining oil until half cooked.


Place the carrots on the fish, top with the sour cream sauce. Reduce the heat and cook under the lid for 15 minutes.
