First, thoroughly rinse the cucumbers and cut off the roots. If you are using old cucumbers, it is better to peel them.


Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and pour into a deep bowl.


Peel the onion and slice thinly into half rings.


Chop the dill and add to the bowl. Also finely chop the mint and add it to the rest of the ingredients.


Chop the garlic and pour it into a separate bowl.


After all the vegetables and herbs are cut, you can start making the dressing. Add yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and water to the garlic and thoroughly mix.


When you get a smooth mixture, pour it on the vegetables and mix.
