Condensed MilkBoiled– 13 oz (350 g)

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Wheat Flour – 3 tbsp

Butter – 1 cup (200 g)
Recipe
There are a lot of caramel frosting recipes. But cooked according to this recipe, it turns out incredibly airy, fragrant and delicious. It’s perfect for cakes and pastries. Use it to fill choux pastry or for a trifle.
For this recipe it’s better to take a vanilla pod. Use boiled condensed milk or dulce de leche.

Cut the vanilla pod in half with a sharp knife and remove the seeds. Place the pod in a saucepan with milk. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the milk become fragrant. |

Combine the cold milk, sugar and flour until smooth. Place on low heat or in double boiler. Stir constantly so that it does not burn. Cook until thick. |

This frosting keeps its shape perfectly. And it doesn't matter how you decide to use it: you can decorate a cake with it or fill choux pastry — it will turn out delicious!
