What do you do with pasta leftovers? Turn yesterday’s dinner into an excellent breakfast, of course! A delicious, juicy cheesy chicken pasta casserole in a delicate milk sauce is a magnificent everyday dish with common ingredients.

The recipe is simple — you do not even need to pre-cook pasta if you are not using leftovers. This cheesy chicken pasta casserole will be a godsend for foodies who do not wish to spend hours at the stove.

Grind chicken in a meat grinder.


Grate the carrot, chop the onion into cubes, and fry them in vegetable oil.


To make a sauce, mix spreadable cheese, eggs, onions, and carrots in a blender until smooth, gradually adding milk.


Add salt and spices, mix thoroughly.


Coat a baking dish with oil and pour dry pasta into it.


Put the minced chicken on top and cover everything with the sauce.


Pop it into the oven preheated to 390 °F for 30–40 minutes.


After 15–20 minutes, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and chopped dill.


Pasta casserole with chicken and cheese is done! Bon appétit!
