Everyone wishes to be able to eat dessert and not gain weight. Yet, as luck would have it, your favorite cake often makes its presence felt as extra pounds. To avoid this cosmic injustice, without delay, we present to you a recipe for a superb low-calorie dessert — soft coconut bars.

This healthy treat consists of only three ingredients and no flour or sugar. The delicate, yogurt-based dessert is hands down the easiest recipe ever, and it tastes even better than store-bought sweets. Most importantly — your waist will remain the same. Do you need any more arguments?

Steps

1
Done

Cover shredded coconut with yogurt and stir thoroughly.

2
Done

Whisk egg whites with a mixer at maximum speed into a lush foam.

3
Done

Carefully add the mass to the shredded coconut in three batches. Stir clockwise with a silicone spoon.

4
Done

Place the mass in a 9x9-inch baking dish and bake at 360 °F for 25–30 minutes.

The dessert will rise a little in the oven and then fall when chilled, which is normal. Before serving, garnish with chocolate or sprinkle with nuts. Why not invite your friends over for tea and impress them with this fantastic low-calorie dessert recipe?

I am an English major with a love of languages and fiction, and with an incurable travel bug. In my free time, I read fantasy, drink copious amounts of coffee, and like to go see movies. Culinary art means everything to me. My main hypostasis is the taster, though. The music school has taught me to appreciate the symphony of airy meringues, to create harmonious overtures of light snacks, hard rock of meat, fish, and vegetables on the grill. Choir classes have accustomed me to hear and feel the people nearby and create perfect harmonies of sounds.

Oh my goodness! Amazing article dude! Thank you, However I am encountering problems with your RSS. I don’t know why I can’t subscribe to it. Is there anybody else getting similar RSS issues? Anybody who knows the answer can you kindly respond? Thanx!!

After I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!

Having read this I thought it was very enlightening. I appreciate you spending some time and energy to put this article together. I once again find myself spending way too much time both reading and posting comments. But so what, it was still worthwhile!

Hello there! This blog post could not be written much better! Reading through this post reminds me of my previous roommate! He always kept talking about this. I most certainly will send this post to him. Fairly certain he’s going to have a great read. Many thanks for sharing!

Next time I read a blog, Hopefully it doesn’t fail me as much as this one. After all, I know it was my choice to read through, however I really thought you’d have something helpful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something you can fix if you were not too busy seeking attention.

An interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you need to write more on this subject matter, it may not be a taboo matter but usually folks don’t speak about such subjects. To the next! Many thanks!!
