Separate yolks from egg whites. Finely chop the herbs, mix with the egg whites and set aside. Season the yolks with salt and pepper, slice the cheese. |

You can use any fresh herbs you have at home instead of dill, but when using dill, the two-layer omelet still turns out more fragrant.
