To me, travel is not only an opportunity to relax and change scenery but also to bring interesting recipes back home. In this sense, Greece is a gastronomic paradise. The abundance of tasty and healthy dishes makes it very hard to leave the table. As a result, I brought the recipe for my favorite garlic roasted potatoes from the fascinating country. I loved them so much that I needed to be able to enjoy them anytime I like.
The dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano transforms ordinary baked potatoes into an authentic Greek-style dish. Although it is insanely delicious on its own, it also goes excellent with meat. I prefer to have the flavorful garlic roasted potatoes with the traditional Greek tzatziki sauce. A superior combination!
