Today’s recipe is not the easiest one, but we promise that the result will pleasantly surprise you. These baked meat buns are so tender and airy!

A properly prepared dough will perfectly hold the filling and the dish will wow your loved ones with amazing taste.

Steps

1
Done

To prepare the dough, mash the compressed yeast, add sugar, warm water, and 1 heaping tablespoon of flour to it. Next, mix everything well with a whisk and leave for 15 minutes.

2
Done

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry finely chopped onion in a pan in oil. Then add ground beef and season it with salt with pepper. The main thing is not to overcook. Remove from heat when the meat is done, but not yet dry.

3
Done

After that, add the warm milk, eggs, salt, and refined oil to the dough.

4
Done

After thoroughly mixing the liquid part of the dough, add 4 ¾ cups (600 g) of flour. Continue to stir it with a whisk until smooth.

5
Done

Pour the rest of the flour onto a work surface. Spread the dough on it. Knead it, and after a while add butter, then knead for another 10 minutes.

6
Done

The dough should be sticky, but not stick to your hands too much. Stretch it on the surface and then fold it in half.

7
Done

Place the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour, cover it with a towel. It should double in size.

8
Done

Lightly dredge the dough in flour on the outside to make it easier to work with. Next, divide the dough into 5 oz (140 g) pieces and make the buns.

9
Done

Roll out each bun with a rolling pin, then cut in half. Brush the surface with ketchup and place the filling on top. You can also add grated cheese. Then twist each half like cones.

10
Done

Place the cones into a baking dish, brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).

At the end, you will have some extra dough left which you can use to make delicious homemade pizza. We can assure you that these amazing buns will disappear in an hour.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!

106638 343135Greetings! Quick question thats completely off topic. Do you know how to make your website mobile friendly? My website looks weird when browsing from my apple iphone. Im trying to discover a template or plugin that may possibly be able to correct this issue. Should you have any suggestions, please share. With thanks! 534011

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your content seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design look great though! Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Kudos

Hey there! I’ve been reading your web site for a long time now and finally
got the courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from
Huffman Texas! Just wanted to tell you keep up the fantastic job!

Nice post. I was checking continuously this blog and I am impressed!
Extremely useful information specially the last part 🙂 I
care for such info much. I was looking for this certain info for a very long time.

Thank you and good luck.

Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads
up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading properly.
I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve
tried it in two different browsers and both show the same
results.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your
site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with
it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?

Great post however I was wondering if you could write a litte more on this subject?
I’d be very thankful if you could elaborate a little bit more.
Appreciate it!

Right here is the perfect site for anybody who would like
to understand this topic. You know so much its almost tough to argue
with you (not that I actually will need to…HaHa).
You certainly put a new spin on a subject that has been discussed for years.
Excellent stuff, just wonderful!

excellent put up, very informative. I wonder why the opposite specialists of this
sector don’t realize this. You must proceed your writing.
I am sure, you have a huge readers’ base already!

You actually make it seem really easy with your presentation however I find this matter to be really
something which I feel I’d by no means understand. It seems too complex
and very wide for me. I am taking a look forward on your next put up, I
will try to get the cling of it!

Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it
seems as though you relied on the video to make your point.
You definitely know what youre talking about, why throw away your intelligence on just posting videos to your blog when you could
be giving us something informative to read?
