Norman apple tart is a simple dessert: thin crispy base, slices of caramelized apples, baked under a sweet buttery crust. It is tender, very juicy and fragrant.
There are no special recommendations for cooking. The only difference between our tart and the original one is that the French do not put cinnamon in apple desserts. But we felt the need to add a bit of this fragrant seasoning, which we often associate with apples.

In a deep bowl, mix 6 ½ tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar. Rub the ingredients until crumbs, pour about 3 tablespoons of ice water and knead the dough. |
