Mix apple vinegar and water, add a pinch of salt, and ½ teaspoon of sugar. Slice an onion into rings and marinate them in the mixture for approximately 10–15 minutes, then cut tomatoes into half rings.


Heat a pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Distribute a thin layer of squash dough over the surface of the pan. Brown the pancakes on both sides, approximately 3 minutes each, and then brush them with butter.


Put onion, chopped chicken breast, and tomatoes on one half of a pancake, pour the mayonnaise on top, then fold it in half. Squash pancakes with delicious filling are ready!
